1. What use is made of the information I provide about location, age, gender?
   The Club Jules Gonin will not disclose any information to others about individual users.
   Please read the Club Jules Gonin Privacy Policy to learn more about how Club Jules Gonin treats members' information.
   
   
2. When do I have to login?
   After registration, you need only login once during each new online session.
   
   
3. Why do I keep getting returned to the login screen, even after I've logged in?
   You currently have "cookies" disabled in your browser, or your browser does not support cookies at all. You will need to enable this feature in your software in order for the Club Jules Gonin login procedure to work properly. If you are using Netscape 4.0 or newer, click on Edit, Preferences, Advanced. Choose "Accept all cookies." If you are using Internet Explorer 4.0 or newer, click on View, Internet Options, Advanced, Cookies. Choose "Always accept cookies." Then, reload the login screen (or restart your browser) and try again. If you've installed any 3rd-party utilities designed to enhance the performance of your browser's cache or cookies, disable those as well.
   
   
4. When I login, I get an error that says "Invalid login" - what does that mean?
   This means that you are mistyping your username, password, or both, when attempting to access your Club Jules Gonin account. To access Club Jules Gonin members sections, you must use the username and password combination that you chose when you first created your account. If you cannot recall that information, please refer to the email we sent you after signing up. This message contains a reminder of your login information. You can also use the Forgotten Password link that appears on the Club Jules Gonin login page - after verifying your username we will send you a new password via email.
   
   
5. Which Web browsers work best with Club Jules Gonin website?
   Nearly any modern browser will work just fine. Your browser must support "cookies," as well as JavaScript. Both Netscape Navigator and Internet Explorer versions 4.0 and later meet these requirements. Windows 95 and Macintosh users should be able to take advantage of all Club Jules Gonin features.
   
   
6. What does "Save my username and password" mean?
   When you login using your username and password, your browser can "remember" this information. If you check the "Save my username and password" box, you won't have to login each time you come back. (Although we may ask you to re-enter your password if you've been away from the computer for a while.)
   
   Important: Always remember your username and password or write them down in a safe place. For your protection, we may ask you to re-enter your username and password when you access certain personalized services or when you access your Account Information.
   
   
7. Should I check the "Save my username and password" box or not?
   If you're concerned that other people might accidentally see your personalized Club Jules Gonin pages, don't check the "Save my username and password" box. Make sure to close your browser or click "Logout" when you leave your computer. This will ensure that we ask for your username and password the next time you access any of Club Jules Gonin's personalized services.
   If you use a shared computer (in a library, Internet cafe, university, airport, or other common area) do not check the "Save my username and password" checkbox.
